Plumbing was a bit of a concern, it ended up being fine but we worried the shower would overflow or toilet not flush as it seems to be very old pipes. The wifi password is approximately 3000 characters long, actually insane how long it was."

"The property was in a good location, close to Gare du Nord and several metro stations. Montmartre is also close. The facilities were good and it was useful to have a washer/drier. The property felt safe and secure. Beds were comfortable and the shower/bathrooms were excellent."

"The toilet was on the ground floor and the bedrooms were below ground level, accessed by steep, stone stairs, with no hand rail. The toilet flush was not instantly effective. The hand basin is small and the tap wobbles as it has not been attached securely."

"Location is brilliant, short walks to North station and to metro. More importantly, extremely short walks to several excellent pastry places, many nice restaurants and wine bars. The bedrooms are underground! So they are nice and dark at night and quiet, isolated from sounds of the city. Beds are comfortable enough, and although pictures show one double room and one twin room, you can easily push the two single beds beside each other. Showers in both rooms are good. Overall sufficiently clean, although could be better."

"There is one toilet room adjacent the kitchen, (with no towel rack or toilet roll holder). The plumbing is very loud, including in the bedrooms, so this could be a problem at night, if anyone uses the toilet. Stairs down to the bedrooms could be a little dangerous for kids, or adults after too many wines. No handrail, big steps, round a corner. Doors to the two bedrooms are sliding wooden panels that don't close quite perfectly, so there's limited sound isolation and a small gap, so privacy is a little limited for e.g. two couples. Shower door in one of the bedrooms was stuck half open, due to an uneven floor tile."
